DECLINE OR INCLINE
Is the best player in golf experiencing a incline or a decline in his game? I think Tiger has had a hard time focusing as of late. The shocking sex scandal and now the divorce, Tiger has been through a lot in the past year. Now he is trying to get his golf game back on track and he is experiencing a lot of ups and downs, high and lows. But he was in the hunt at the Masters and the US Opened. Plus he is still the number one ranked player in the world. So if Tiger is on the decline, I can't tell because he is still finishing in the top 5 in major tournaments. I think his incline back to the hands down, multiple tournament winning, tiger slam form will take time. Golf is not you against the competition, it is you against the course, and that takes a great level concentration and focus. Seeing what he is going through right now, Tiger is just not able to focus like he can which keeps him from playing the Tiger golf we love to watch. As his situation changes, his golf game will change, either for the better or the worst. Tiger is a fighter. His game will improve tremendously once all this drama he is going through is over. As a matter of fact, I believe he will be better than before. How scary a thought is that?

Expect Anything Different
Tiger Woods shot the best opening round of golf that he has ever shot at the Master, including the years he actually won the Masters. Tiger shot a 68 in his opening round. He played like he never left the game, making unbelievable shots from the fairway and putting in for birdie, and he also made a couple eagle putts. Tiger had a wonderful first round of golf. The crowd response might have been a concern for him before he tee off for the first time. But the crowd quickly drowned out his anxieties with a thunderous roar after hearing his name called. The fans missed Tiger. Sex scandal or no sex scandal, Tiger makes the game entertaining. If Tiger had decided not to play, rating would have fell considerably. Virtually no one would have watched the Masters if Tiger did not play. He is the face of golf and every spectator that bought a ticket to the Masters did so for one reason and one reason only, to see Tiger Woods. The fans missed you and the game needs you.

VICTIM
The way the media is handling the Tiger Woods situation makes Tiger look like the victim to me. I mean they are going after Tiger. Demanding that Tiger tell everything about his private life with his family, saying that Tiger owes the public a explanation for his behavior. It just seems to me that they are digging for all the information they can get so they can bury him for every. They want to make Tiger a memory, a what every happened to that guy sort of memory. Regardless of the the mistakes he has made, Tiger Woods is still the best golfer in the world. I don't care if he slept with a hundred women. As long as he can still make it to the top of the leader board is all that matters to me. For anyone who doesn't like Tiger after all this, do me a favor. Close your eyes and picture in your mind that Tiger is white, then cheer him on as he prepares to put on yet another green jacket.
